Wormald’s area roots extend over six generations to pre-Revolutionary War Montgomery County, Maryland. We know this area.

Wormald was founded in 1964 in Potomac, Maryland, by Arlington, Virginia native, Bob Wormald.

We build each home as if it were our own using materials and building methods which will stand the test of time and be gentle on the environment.

The Wormald ownership and senior management are active in leadership in several local and international charities that exhibit the highest standards of accountability and community impact. As the company prospers and grows, so do its efforts to empower others to do great things.
