Model home/sales team were great. A quality product in a nice multi-builder community. The Warranty manager (Rob Cole) was outstanding to work with, very responsive, and he had outstanding top-notch professional contractors come and service the list of items on our 6-month and 1 year punch list items (very customer satisfaction oriented).

We have had an incredible experience with Wormald. Despite supply chain issues, delays, etc., the team at Wormald was incredibly understanding, empathetic, and did their best to expedite things when in their control. We felt seen, heard, and taken care of both throughout the building process as well as in the first year in our new home.

We like all of the options & customizations they had to offer as well as the design of the houses and location. Their responsiveness with warranty issues was excellent too.

The loft area of the Ashcroft and the paved back patio were some of the most impressive areas that fit our needs perfectly. The service was exceptional and along the way Candace and Lisa along with Kerry and both Bobs from construction were all amazing. They really made all the difference and will definitely have a lasting impression when I think back to this home buying experience.

Lisa, Becky, and Candice were wonderful to work with during the home tour and buying process. If it weren’t for them, I may not have considered EastChurch. They made me feel at home even when I was still looking and always invited me to the community events to get me to meet people who already lived here. I’ve loved living here as much as they said would.

The Sales Manager, the sales agent, works her heart out for her clients; she really cares and it shows. Her job is difficult and demanding and she does it with grace and good humor. She works long hours and is often in her office past 10 pm.

Both The Sales Manager and Barry are very responsive and — most importantly — seem to really care about the homes they’re building. Having good people in place in a huge plus.

Personal service. Love the layout of Grand Ashcroft. Very caring. Everyone takes great pride in the homes and Eastchurch. The masonry is beautiful. Incentives were generous when we purchased. The Sales Manager and Barry are wonderful!!! You are so fortunate to have them on your team!
