Wormald Homes, a premier home builder in the Mid-Atlantic, is seeking part-time Sales Assistants to support our sales team in model homes within our communities. This role offers 12–18 hours per week, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience in new home sales while working in a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage prospective buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of our beautifully designed model homes.
Assist with lead management by utilizing our CRM and follow-up system.
Set and schedule appointments for the Community Sales Manager.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations.
Utilize DocuSign for document processing and Zoom for virtual meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused personality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn CRM software, DocuSign, and Zoom.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus but not required.
