Objectives: Assist with the overall financial and accounting operations of the companies including timely and accurate financial statements; implementation of accounting policies and procedures; financial analysis; budget cost control; and cash management.
Responsibilities:
Accounting and Financial Reporting:
Review monthly FS with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
Supervise general ledger accountants & other temporary assistants
Review JC to GL monthly reconciliations
Assist with job cost entry & budgeting
Reconcile Balance sheet accounts for all companies
Prepare reports for the Board meeting and Base Price meetings
Monitor Balance sheet reconciliations for issues monthly
Prepare annual interest schedules for AP/AR and due TF accounts
Update various sales & settlement schedules
Update LOC schedules & bonding requirements
Financing Requirements:
Preparation of monthly cashflow projection.
Audit, Insurance & Taxes:
Prepare schedules for annual compilation by external accountants
Assist with information preparation for year-end tax returns.
